We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for the performance of our booking management and concierge services. This may include your name, contact details, business information, scheduling preferences, correspondence content, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
Where you engage us on behalf of a third party, we may collect limited personal information about that third party for the sole purpose of fulfilling the engagement.

We use personal information solely to deliver, administer and improve our services. This includes managing your bookings, communicating on your behalf, maintaining your records, issuing invoices and responding to your enquiries.
We do not use your information for marketing by third parties. We will only use your details to contact you about your engagement or, where you have opted in, our own occasional communications.

Your information is treated as strictly confidential. We disclose personal information only to the principals and authorised personnel engaged on your account, and only on a need-to-know basis.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose information to trusted service providers (such as secure cloud platforms) under written confidentiality obligations, or where required by Australian law.

We maintain organisational, physical and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. These include encrypted storage, access controls, mandatory authentication and regular security review.
Personal information is retained only for as long as required to deliver our services or comply with our legal obligations, after which it is securely destroyed or de-identified.
